Mission 1: Capture and storage or use of CO2

Deadline: 19 oktober 2021

The proposed partnership initiatives should secure both short-term impacts and long-term innovation efforts along the value chain covering CO2 capture, intermediate/permanent storage, infrastructure/transport, and sector coupling activities. With the overall aim to become:

  • A crucial contribution to the goal of 70% CO2-reduction by 2030 and
  • long-term negative emissions beyond 2050.

Over Mission-driven green research and innovation partnerships (Innomission Partnerships)

Innovation Fund Denmark will invest in mission-driven green research and innovation partnerships (Innomission-partnerships) to accelerate the development of cutting-edge solutions ranging all the way from strategic coherent research to commercialization, with an equal focus on short-, mid - and long-term impact. The grant accepts the following four themes for investment:

Mission 1: Capture and storage or use of CO2

Mission 2: Green fuels for transport and industry (Power-to-X, etc.)

Mission 3: Climate and eco-friendly agriculture and food production

Mission 4: Circular economy with focus on plastic waste and textiles
